1. Information We Collect

When booking consignments or completing account top-ups on ShipVance OS, we collect necessary transactional data including:

• Contact & Identity: Name, phone number, and email address of booking counter operators or public trial account subscribers.
• Consignment Logistics Data: Consignor and consignee addresses, destination pincodes, package dimensions, weights, and declared invoice values.
• Financial Telemetry: Gateway transaction IDs, order identifiers, and settlement timestamps.

2. Payment Card & Banking Security (Zero Storage)

We do not collect, process, or store raw debit card, credit card, net banking credentials, or UPI PINs on our servers. All financial transactions are transmitted via TLS 1.3 encrypted connections directly to our PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant gateway provider (Razorpay).

3. Purpose & Sharing of Information

Collected data is utilized strictly for operational execution:

• Dispatching consignment details to contracted linehaul carriers (Delhivery, Shree Maruti) to facilitate parcel routing and last-mile delivery.
• Generating compliant 4x6 thermal shipping labels and GST B2B tax invoices.
• Providing real-time tracking updates and digital payment receipts via email.

We never sell, rent, or lease personal customer or consignment data to advertising networks or third-party telemarketers.

4. Data Retention & Privacy Rights

Consignment manifests and financial vouchers are retained in accordance with statutory Indian taxation and goods transport regulatory mandates. You may request verification, correction, or deletion of account records by contacting our grievance team at privacy@shipvance.com.
